No Show and Late Arrival Policies
Cancellation Policy
In order for us to provide excellent service to our clients, we request that all cancellations and reschedules be done at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
No Show Policy
First occurrence - you will be sent a reminder of our now show policy.
Second occurrence - you will be required to pre-pay for all sessions.
Late Arrivals
All clients are urged to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time to prepare for the session and to fill out any forms. 90 minutes has been set aside for your session and will be adjusted accordingly, to stay within the time allotted.
